Life Church is led by a team of pastors and elders. The church is a registered charity ABN: 36069609356 managed by the Life Church Board. Our team do their best to lead the church in a way that honour’s God and builds people.

Keith and Janet Edwards
Acting Team Leaders / Pastors
Keith and Janet bring a wealth of wisdom and experience in church leadership, pastoral care, and Kingdom engagement shaped by more than 45 years of full-time ministry. They spent two decades leading C3 Victory as Senior Pastors and, in recent years, have continued to bless and strengthen churches through various leadership and mentoring roles. Their heart for people is evident in everything they do.

Jake and Meg Pandermann
Elders
Jake and Meg have 3 children and have lived in New Zealand, India and Myanmar and now once again call Newcastle, Australia home. They are passionate about seeing God’s heart for the poor and marginalised demonstrated through His people, the Church.

Howard Mole
Elder & Trust Member
Originally a country lad with a career in farming, Howard moved into youth work then landscaping before becoming a Salvation Army minister, where he spent 20 years working as manager of a welfare centre.

Kathryn Copping
Elder
Kathryn is a founding member of Life Church and a dedicated volunteer at Soul Hub. She carries a deep passion for prayer in the Church—locally, across the nation, and around the world. With a background in farming, Kathryn used the fruits of that work to help fund numerous overseas mission trips. She trained as a psychiatric nurse and served in an Aboriginal community before spending 25 years working in aged care.

Linda Rolland
Board & Trust Member
Linda is a long-time member of Life Church and our work through Soul Hub. She has a passion for helping the marginalised and disadvantaged from an early age and currently works as a program manager supporting children with disabilities or delays and their families. She has diplomas in social science and teaching.

Tonya Huen
Board & Trust Member
Tonya has been a long-time member of Life Church and our work through Soul Hub at one time on team oversighting finance and accounts. Tonya works for St. Philips Christian College in the area of Vocational Education and Training.
